Our Quarterly Program!
Our
quarterly program consists of four scheduled services per year. We will
provide you with full pest control for general flying/crawling insects and
rodents, free termite monitoring and free retreats in between regular
scheduled appointments. Infesting pests not included. i.e.: termites, bed
bugs, fleas, clothing moths, stored product pests etc… Wildlife is also
excluded.
Why a Quarterly Schedule?
An enormous amount of research has gone into the development of the
Quarterly Pest Control Service Cycle and our materials are selected and
applied according to this cycle to maintain optimum control over the
specific problem in or around your home. When an issue arises in between
those regular scheduled services, it is usually a small one that can be
addressed immediately and with little consequence. These “retreats” are
provided to you free of charge!
However, if you fail to schedule during your service cycle or if you
decide to change your cycle by postponing your appointments and delaying
treatments, your warranty will be voided and your next service fee will be
increased to reflect additional material usage. We will have no
alternative but to provide you with a limited warranty and your Priority
Status will be removed. Please remember that your service agreement may be
cancelled at any time and the quarterly cycle that you have been placed on
is for the maximum protection of your family and home.
Our highly-trained and skilled Technicians will work with you to develop a
customized plan to aid you in maintaining a pest-free home. Our scheduling
system will automatically send you an e-mail reminder that your service is
due. Once you schedule, the reminders will stop. We also have the capacity
to “hard-slot” your appointment so that it falls on the same day and time
of each quarter that you are due.
RESIDENTIAL SCHEDULING - MADE EASY!
It has been our
objective to create a scheduling and administrative system that will most
effectively serve our valued clientele. We, at Advanced Termite Control,
understand that with today’s economy and the harried schedules of
dual-income families, efficiency and cost- effectiveness are of top
priority. That’s why we have implemented a “Priority Customer”
classification within our administrative program.
Around the middle of each month, we begin notifying our customers that
they are due for their quarterly service in the upcoming month. Those who
call to schedule their quarterly pest control appointment “prior” to the
month they are due and have a valid email address will immediately receive
“Priority Status” in our system. This will entitle you to first choice in
scheduling your service for a date and time that is purely at your
convenience. This will also enable you to maintain your regular quarterly
cycle as reflected in your service agreement which in turn, will maximize
the effectiveness of our materials and allow increased levels of control
in our strategy to keep your home pest-free!
In addition to notifying our customers of pending services, your valid
email address will also enable our office to invoice your service orders,
complete with receipt of payment, notes from your technician and material
usage for your records.
All services are to be paid at time of service. We accept cash, check,
Visa and Master card and our software is PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card
Industry Data Security Standard) to insure safe, secure storage of all
credit card information kept on file for your billing convenience. Failure
to provide payment at time of service will result in the loss of Priority
Status and a $15 billing fee.
All customers who maintain Priority Status will enjoy the benefits of
increase and will be accommodated first when there is a need for emergency
or in-between treatments.
In an honorable attempt to decrease office expenses and increase field
quality, we will not bill our residential customers. We ask for your
understanding in this matter and ask that you please comply by having
payment ready or you may call ahead to arrange credit card payment through
our office.We
can also come to your home or business and perform a complete evaluation
of your access points. Then, we can work with you to prevent future
invasion with the installation of pest control devices, traps, and seals,
or we can give you a do-it-yourself checklist with our recommendations for
action.We are happy to help you keep your home or business
