HERE'S EXACTLY WHAT WE DO:

First after a detailed inspection, we dig a small 6”x6” trench around the outside perimeter of your entire home. A computerized injection system is used to inject Termidor, a high-grade termiticide. into the ground to the footer eliminating human error from mixing. The injecto-matic is the most advanced way to apply Termidor. No contamination, no guessing on the right amount to mix and it’s safe and always accurate. Once this is complete, we fill the small trench with Termidor, cover the trench and treat one foot up and one foot out for ants. Front porches, back porches and slabs of concrete are drilled every foot against the structure and Termidor is injected beneath them. The holes are skillfully sealed with hydraulic cement to provide a water proof seal. Treatment takes 3 months for full results. This treatment also greatly reduces ant activity!

We then install a complete termite monitoring system around the entire home. On average each house receives about 12 monitoring stations which are inspected during your quarterly inspections and are part of your warranty. The purpose of the monitors is to alert us if termites are approaching the treated area.

Now it’s time to treat all accessible exposed wood in your home. Termites eat the sugar (cellulose) in wood. Treating the wood with an all-natural mineral changes the sugar in the wood to a salt. This will prevent termites from ever eating the wood again. There is no odor and you do not need to leave your home.

After Your Termite Treatment, You Will Be Given 2 Options For Your Warranty:

TERMITE PROTECTION PROGRAM

This program will begin 3 months after your termite treatment consisting of full pest control, free retreats in between regular scheduled services, free termite monitoring, plus your warranty coverage which states that in the event that a future recurrence of termites is confirmed, Advanced Termite Control will treat your home, using a termiticide, at no additional cost to you!

ANNUAL RENEWAL

All annual renewals are due in January and an inside/outside inspection will then be performed during the warmer months of April-Sept of each year. Your warranty will expire after one year and we will notify you of your Termite Warranty Renewal. Maintaining this warranty is a vital step in the protection of your home. This warranty provides coverage on your home and in the event that a future recurrence of termites is confirmed, Advanced Termite Control will treat your home, using a termiticide, at no additional cost to you! We are a paperless company, so we contact via e-mail to schedule and renew your warranty. You can renew your warranty for a lifetime and it will stay with your home if you move.

COMPACT AND POWERFUL DEHUMIDIFICATION FOR CRAWLSPACES

Studies have shown that as much as 50% of the air in your home comes up from your basement or crawlspace. This air is often higher in relative humidity and carries with it various allergens and musty odors. When conditions linger above 60% relative humidity for extended periods of time, mold, mildew, and bacteria growth is stimulated.

The American Lung Association, American Medical Association, and the EPA recommend maintaining relative humidity level in the 30% - 50% range. Ventilation and air conditioning alone cannot provide the protection offered by a premium dehumidifier like the Santa Fe Compact.™

The Santa Fe Compact was specifically designed for crawlspaces. At 12" tall and 12" wide, the Santa Fe Compact can fit where no other dehumidifier can.
